Nolte Küchen has firmly anchored the topic of sustainability in its values. Carbon neutral since 2020, the company has been sourcing electricity exclusively from renewable energy sources since 2021. Nolte Küchen focuses its activities on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conserving resources in order to support the 1.5-degree target of the Paris Agreement. The use of modern production technologies minimises waste and maximises energy efficiency.

More than 99% of the wood used by Nolte Küchen complies with the principles of sustainable wood criteria, as defined by FSC and PEFC certificates. In addition, the chipboard used contains an average of 60% recycled material.
